The rooms were very clean excellent customer service people working at the counter gave us tips on things to do in the area. The girl who works the bar / breakfast restaurant needs a raise. I watched her open up the restaurant and I also had a glass of wine with her at night. She never seemed tired she never seemed annoyed and always had a smiling face and very inviting. I think she adds to the environment of the hotel. My family and I went for a quick little getaway for spring break and it's exactly what we got. We will be back in the future and hopes that the lady in the bar is still working there.

upon arriving they could not locate my booking and were able to help me and provided me free breakfast due to the trouble. They gave us free breakfast for our troubles which was nice> The beds were confortable and slept well. Overall they tried to help as they could. My daughter left hecklace at the hotel and went back 5 hours after check out and they had it. I didn't expect that and it made me so impressed. thanks and the front office staff was awesome,

The staff was friendly. The decor was updated. I take the stairs if I don't have luggage and the stairwells were wide, warm and carpeted. That is a strange compliment, but most stairwells are gross concrete with cigarette butts and food wrappers. It was a nice surprise. The pool was small so I did not do the laps I was anticipating, but it was clean and heated.

Continental Breakfast was very good, wish it included either scrambled or boiled eggs at no extra charge, or a self made waffle. Location was great, close to my daughter's home in Lake Bluff. You DO need to trim tree out fron so you can see sifgn better at night and maybe add a light on it!! Drove right by at night!!!!

The hotel was beautiful, the bathrooms and lounge area downstairs were clean and welcoming! Very nice and comfortable for the family. Right off the highway and prime location. The bed was super comfy
